【摘要】:Thistechnicalspecificationprovidesguidelinesforthefull-scalestructuraltestingofwindturbinebladesandfortheinterpretationorevaluationofresults,asapossiblepartofadesignverificationoftheintegrityoftheblade.Thefollowingtestsareconsideredinthistechnicalspecification:-staticstrengthtests;-fatiguetests;-othertestsdeterminingbladeproperties.Itisassumedthatthedatarequiredtodefinetheparametersofthetestareavailable.Inthistechnicalspecification,thedesignloadsandbladematerialdataareconsideredstartingpointsforestablishingandevaluatingthetestloads.Theevaluationofthedesignloadswithrespecttotheactualloadsisoutsidethescopeofthistechnicalspecification.Thetechnicalspecificationisnotintendedto:-formadetailedspecificationfortheprocurementofthetestequipment;-beadetailedworkinstructioncoveringallaspectsofconductingastrengthtest;-beusedforestablishingbasicmaterialstrengthorfatiguedesigndataforbladesand/orcomponents;-replacearigorousdesignprocess;-addressthetestingofmechanismfunction.Atthetimethistechnicalspecificationwasdrawnup,full-scaletestswerecarriedoutonbladesofhorizontalaxiswindturbines.Thebladesweremostlymadeoffibrereinforcedplasticsandwood/epoxy.However,mostprincipleswouldbeapplicabletoanyWTGSconfiguration,sizeandmaterial.
