【摘要】:Thistestmethodevaluatestheenergyconsumptionofpoweredopenwarewashingsinks.Thefoodserviceoperatorcanusetheseteststoevaluateandselectasuitablewashingdeviceandunderstanditsenergyconsumption.Thistestmethodappliestopoweredopenwarewashingsinks(poweredsinks)withthefollowingcharacteristics:alargemainwatersinkwithelectricallypoweredwaterpump(s)andmultiplehighflowwaternozzles.Theunitmayincludegasorelectricheaterstomaintainwatertemperature.Thesepoweredsinksaredesignedtorunforpredeterminedcycledurationandaccommodatepotsandpansofvariousshapesandsizesaswellascookingutensils.Theyareintendedforstandaloneuseandrequirelittlesupervision.Thepoweredsinkwillbetestedforthefollowing(whereapplicable):Maximumenergyinputrate(10.2),Preheatenergyconsumptionandduration(10.3),Idleenergyrate(10.4),Pilotenergyrate,ifapplicable(10.5),andWashingcycleenergyconsumption(10.6).Note1-Thistestmethodappliesonlytothepoweredportionoftheunit.Othercompartments(sanitizing,rinsing,andsoforth)arenotevaluated.Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
