【摘要】:ThispartofISO230definesthreetests,whichare:—environmentaltemperaturevariationerror(ETVE)test;—thermaldistortiontestcausedbyrotatingspindles;—thermaldistortiontestcausedbymovinglinearaxes.Thetestsforthermaldistortioncausedbymovinglinearaxes(seeclause7)areapplicabletonumericallycontrolled(NC)machinesonlyandaredesignedtoquantifytheeffectsofthermalexpansionandcontractionoftheaxesonpositioningaccuracyandrepeatability.Forpracticalreasons,thetestmethodsdescribedinclause7applytomachineswithlinearaxesupto2000mminlength.Iftheyareusedformachineswithaxeslongerthan2000mm,arepresentativelengthof2000mminthenormalrangeofeachaxisshouldbechosenforthetests.ItshouldbenotedthatitisnotforeseentodeterminenumericaltolerancesforthetestsdescribedinthispartofISO230.
